Professional Media Formats
BPM is designed for professional media workflows: RED R3D Wavelet, ARRIRAW MXF, Blackmagic BRAW, Sony X-OCN, Nikon N-RAW (NEV), Canon CRM, Apple ProRes, DNxHD/DNxHR, HAP (GPU-decoded), and standard MP4/MOV wrappers. Parses non-destructive sidecar metadata (XML, RMD, XMP, THM, LRV). Format compatibility and workflow requirements are validated during onboarding.
The Unsure Bin
Automated routing for low-confidence media requiring human-in-the-loop review. Edge cases are surfaced for review rather than silently misclassified.
Frequency Indexing

Step 01
RAW INGEST
Designed for professional media formats including R3D, ARRIRAW, BRAW, Canon CRM, Sony X-OCN, Nikon N-RAW, ProRes, MXF, and MP4.
The Ingest Controller detects incoming media assets across supported camera RAW architectures and intermediate encodings. Proxy generation begins immediately. Sidecar metadata (XML, RMD, XMP, THM) is parsed and linked to source files automatically.
Step 02
SEMANTIC ANALYSIS ENGINE
GPU-parallel multi-modal analysis: visual recognition, audio energy profiling, and OCR extraction.
The Parallel Analysis Engine executes concurrent semantic analysis across all modalities simultaneously. The Proprietary Analysis Pipeline weights and reconciles conflicting signals into a single high-confidence classification per asset.
Step 03
STRUCTURED ASSET INDEX
Outputs NLE-ready bins, automated file renaming, and schema-locked JSON matching strict, deterministic project structures.
Assets are routed into deterministic folder structures based on category, subcategory, stage, and resolution class. Files are renamed using configurable templates. Low-confidence assets are surfaced to the Unsure Bin for human-in-the-loop review.

Clips are categorized, subcategorized, renamed, and routed into deterministic folder hierarchies built for real post production workflows. Unusable footage can be separated.
