This policy explains how Industry Frequency LLC collects and uses information through industryfrequency.com, including public contact, waitlist, and newsletter forms. Separate agreements and deployment documentation govern client engagements and private-access products such as BPM.

Information you provide may include your name, email address, organization, project details, media-workflow information, inquiry type, newsletter signup source, and the time of submission.

Technical information may include the page or route viewed, referrer, timestamp, browser, device type, operating system, and approximate region. The site also uses an IP address temporarily for in-memory rate limiting and platform security.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, maintain requested waitlist or newsletter subscriptions, deliver confirmation messages, protect the site from abuse, and understand site performance in aggregate.

Industry Frequency does not sell personal information. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate these functions or when required by law.

Vercel provides website hosting and privacy-focused Web Analytics. Google Apps Script and Google Sheets receive contact, waitlist, and newsletter submissions. Resend delivers confirmation and operational email.

These providers process information under their own service terms, privacy commitments, and security controls.

Vercel Web Analytics is configured for aggregate pageview measurement without third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Industry Frequency does not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses, or inquiry messages to Web Analytics.

We retain inquiry and subscription records only while reasonably needed for the purposes described above, applicable business records, and legal obligations. Service-provider retention may also be governed by the provider's terms.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing privacy@industryfrequency.com. To unsubscribe from newsletter messages, reply to any newsletter email with UNSUBSCRIBE. Manual opt-out requests will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable.

We may update this policy as the website, products, or service providers change. The effective date below identifies the current version.
